Located in the Kruunuvuorenranta district, the Kajo housing complex consists of a light-brick tower with a sloped roof and adjoining dark-brick terraced houses. The courtyard, which is open to all the buildings of the houseing block, includes a parking garage located beneath it. The terraced houses form a small street square on Turumankatu with their entrance.
