JKMM Architects will be part of a carbon-neutral urban development project led by NCC and the city of Helsinki

NCC and the City of Helsinki are planning a new carbon-neutral district ‘Savonkatu’ between Alppila and Pasila, North side of Helsinki downtown. The goal is to create in the coming years a new community-driven, dynamic and architecturally welcoming housing and business district in close interaction with the citizens.
