JKMM won ‘Myyr York Sporttikorttelit’ competition

We are happy to announce that the competition proposal titled “Syke” (eng. ‘pulse’) by us and the construction company Hartela has been selected as the winner of the plot allocation competition by Vantaa City.

The winning proposal brings a residential area supporting active lifestyles right next to Myyrmäki Sports Park. Creating a new synergy and urban life for the area, the proposal also includes rain gardens and dynamic plantings, as well as sustainable, energy-efficient housing.

The area will see the construction of nearly 30,000 square metres in total by the end of 2028.
