JKMM Architects has been chosen as the lead architect for Nadija Children’s Hospital in Lviv, Ukraine.

The Nadija Children’s Hospital and Research Institute initiative is led by the Nadija Foundation in partnership with the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and Lviv National Medical University.

Nadija Hospital builds an innovative platform to give children a path to healing and hope.
Nadija system includes three interconnected parts: physical hospital, virtual hospital and research institute. The care concept integrates physical, mental and social care. The solutions are designed to be scalable and replicable.

For Nadija physical hospital, JKMM Architects has developed a unique design approach and architectural concept. The aim has been to create a new operating system and build a healing care environment starting from child’s experience.

Nadija’s solutions in healthcare, research, architecture and engineering are developed together with a network of international, Nordic and Ukrainian partners. JKMM is responsible for the architectural design of Nadija physical hospital in collaboration with DELTA Ukraine.
