The meeting and event spaces at the headquarters of a Finnish IT company were renewed to better meet the changing needs of employees and customers. The renovation, carried out in collaboration with Luomoa, introduced versatility, flexibility, and an inspiring look that supports both work and collaboration.

The renewal focused on solutions that enhance functionality and workflow. The color schemes and material choices create an energetic and comfortable atmosphere that boosts well-being and productivity. The visually impressive environment also reinforces the company’s brand identity.

Versatility and adaptability were at the core of the design. Luomoa’s acoustic M² slat walls improve sound quality and enable easy space modifications for various events without significant costs or downtime.
